Adjusting Technique

Manual adjustments or manipulations involve delivering a small force directed at the angle of the joint to improve the motion it has lost. Restoring motion to the joints into their normal range of motion. If cracking or popping is what you're looking for this is the technique for you. 

Manual techniques include: Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson Drop, Flexion-Distraction, Palmer Technique, Cranial Technique for infants or children, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Pelvic Blocking.

Instrument Style Adjusting, computerized uses speed rather than force. Gentle vibration/tapping to put motion into the joint. Technology tests the resistance or tightness of the joint to tell us exactly where to adjust. Computer analyses the joint movement before and after an adjustment. The analytical component of the computer will determine when the adjusting force is to stop, this ensures the area is not over or under treated.
