Ultrasound Therapy is used to break up tightness in the muscle tissues. It helps to decrease spasm and trigger points while bringing extra blood flow to the area.

Electric Stimulation is a small electric impulses help the muscles to contract in a natural way. This allows the muscle to increase the range of motion, reduce pain, improve blood flow to the area, reduce muscle spasm, and prevent muscle wasting.

Mechanical axial traction is a therapy designed to stretch and gap the joints of the low back. This is performed by using forces in flexion and distracting the joints above and below the tight areas. This therapy will reduce muscle spasm and can help reduce disc herniation.

Cupping Therapy: with the use of cups, a localized suction is created around trigger points and tight musculature. This is used for decreasing muscle spasm, decreasing inflammation, and increasing circulation. It works well for tightness in muscles as well as after injuries occur.
